Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The incorrect item was sent

  • The order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Returns
